The 7-day plan is your on-ramp. This 14-day plan is what to eat next — with more variety, more vegetables, and slight calorie moderation for anyone trying to lose fat.
How this plan is structured
- Week 1 uses the beginner 7-day plan (see linked article).
- Week 2 introduces new proteins, new veggies, and one true keto 'treat' night.
- Both weeks include one leftover day and one flexible dinner slot.

Weekly weight tracking
Weigh yourself once, on the same morning each week, in the same clothes. Do not weigh daily — you'll see natural fluctuations that make you miserable and reveal nothing about fat loss.
Frequently asked questions
Should I eat when I'm not hungry?
No. As you fat-adapt, appetite drops. Skipping the occasional meal is fine — that's intermittent fasting emerging naturally.
Can I have wine?
A glass of dry red or white on the flex/treat night is fine for most. Avoid sweet wines, cocktails, and beer.
