Weekly deals: Galaxy S25 FE on sale, OnePlus 15 and 15R prices drop, Pixel 10 also discounted.

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 earlier this week. However, the two phones will only be available on April 9, which is Thursday next week. You can pre-order the A57 (8/128GB) for $550 or the A37 (6/128GB) for $450. But while we wait, let’s see what else is out there.

You can pick up last year’s model, the Galaxy A56, for $165 less than the A57. You will lose a new, thinner structure (A56 is 7.4mm, 198g vs. 6.9mm, 179g for A57), a new chipset (Exynos 1580 vs. 1680) and an improved level of waterproofing (the new model is rated IP68). Other than that, there isn’t much difference, but the A56 might not be your best bet.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE should probably be your go-to — the 8/128GB model costs $50 less than the A57’s starting price. With FE, you will find an LTPO display (1-120Hz) with the same diagonal of 6.7 and a resolution of 1080p +. It also has a high-end chipset, Exynos 2400, and a dedicated telephoto camera (8MP 3x / 75mm).

Plus, wireless charging for the 4,900mAh battery over a 45W wired charger (versus a 5,000mAh battery and 45W wired charging only for the A57). The Galaxy A57 and S25 FE are in different sizes and the comparison does not support the A line.

When it rains, it pours. The OnePlus 15R has been on hold for weeks now, but its price has dropped by $50. That’s not much, but it means the 12/256GB model is $650. The 15R has a 6.83″ 1272p+ 165Hz display – it’s not an LTPO panel, but it does have Dolby Vision. Unlike last year’s 13R, this one doesn’t have a telephoto lens, but it does have a large 7,400mAh battery with 80W charging for the latest, dragon8 charging.

The flagship OnePlus 15 is also on sale, although there are many weeks without a price until now. This one has a 6.78″ 1272p+ LTPO (1-165Hz) display and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. It also has a telephoto camera, a 50MP 3.5x/80mm unit. The battery is 7,300mAh with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The Google Pixel 10 also joins the Galaxy A57 space. It’s a smaller phone with a 6.3” display (1080p+, 120Hz), but its battery is the same size (4,970mAh) and it offers a 30W wireless charger and a 15W periscope, beating even the S25 FE in terms of focal length (the A57 doesn’t have a phone camera, of course).

Google Pixel 10 Pro is very expensive, but it offers a high-quality experience with a powerful 6.3″ LTPO display (1280p+, 120Hz). More importantly, the Pro has a 48MP 5x/113mm periscope, 48MP ultra-wide (vs. A542MP and S512MP and S512MP) in S. selfie camera (compared to 12MP).

As a cheaper 6.3″ option, there is the Pixel 9a from last year. It has the old Tensor G4 chipset, which is also used for the 10a. The phone has wired (23W) and wireless (7.5W) charging of its 5,100mAh battery. There is a large 48MP, a 13-wide 13MP camera and a selfie camera of 13MP.

The three pixels above are all smaller than the Galaxy A57. For a bigger version, there’s always the Pixel 10 Pro XL with a 6.8″ display (1344p+, 120Hz LTPO) and a 5,200mAh battery (45W wired, 25W wireless). It has the same camera as the 10 Pro. The Pro models are flagships, however, as are the direct competitors, so they are not sold.

It’s not just the A57 that finds itself in an awkward position – the new Nothing Phone (4a) Pro also competes with the older, higher-end model. Now, the phone starts at $500. Its 6.83″ 1260p+ 144Hz display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and 5,080mAh battery (only 50W charging) make it an interesting alternative to the Galaxy A57. The (4a) Pro has a 50MP 3.5x/80mm telephoto lens that helps the S2 stand out against the phone.

But that’s not what we meant – the Nothing Phone (3) from last year is down to $600 for the 12/256GB model. A 12/256GB (4a) Pro also costs $600. Like we said, it’s not easy. The old release boasts a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. It has a small 6.67″ 1260p + 120Hz display and a 5,150mAh battery with a 65W wired and 15W wireless charger. The main 50MP camera has a large 1 / 1.3″ sensor and is joined by a 50MP 3x telephoto and 50MP ultra-wi camera.

OK, let’s put the A57 aside and check out some of the Amazon’s Big Spring Sale deals. The Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 is down to $800 for the 16/512GB model. The Flip foldable has a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 50MP + 50MP Ultra-wide multi-wide dual main camera and a 4,700mAh battery with 68W/30W charging. The Razr Fold is still MIA, by the way.

Finally, Amazon has updated the iPhone 13 and 14 (from 2021 and 2022) in the category “renewable premium”. These come before the switch to USB-C and still have the notch. Both are powered by the A15 chipset, which is pretty zippy even by today’s standards. And they have MagSafe support, if you don’t want to bother with Lightning cables. They are old, but Apple’s good software support makes them work even in 2026 and they only cost $300.
